The hotel had a personalized greeting on the TV and a sense of history in its architectural designs. The location was near the main attractions and walking distance from restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Parking was difficult because of the narrow streets and there was no on-site parking available. It was not a buffet meal, but an ala carte one.

The hotel's location is ideal, being very near to the tourist spots and landmarks in the area. the room and bathroom were clean, furnished and equipped with modern amenities like a high, tech toilet bowl. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the buffet breakfast was great with a wide range of options to choose from.

There seemed to be a lack of hotel staff which led to some inconvenience during check, in, and the air, conditioning was noisy.

The kalesa/carriage for touring around Vigan was spacious and accommodating. The veranda overlooking the pool and the art installation were worth checking out.

The basic amenities in the rooms, including the queen-sized beds, were comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep. The included set breakfast was absolutely wonderful, offering a delicious start to each day.
